Little Sis
My little sister. My new best friend. The baby in the family, like she says about herself. I know she would probably be embarassed reading this, but hey little sis, it's ok. You know I like it when you blush.
I have always loved her, and like any two sisters, we have our ocasional arguments, but at the end of the day, we are sisters. And we love each other. Ma shaa Allah. And yet these last couple of years have been different. she has become my friend too. We have both been through rough times, and we both listen to the other. Together we sit and talk, listen and analyze issue after issue. We also have grown to enjoy each other's company and laugh together and have fun together. Again I say: ma shaa Allah. God protect this gift you have given us.
We are different, in attitude and personality, and yet we are the same. We get to feel that we are the same when with strangers. We have same ideas and ehtics a bit, but our attitude might be different that is all.
We even started blogging together. Although we have our separate blogs. And until now, not many people know that we are sisters. We thought it to be that way, for each of us to have an independent blog and view and even comment. Even separate favorites and separate readers. Not to mention we can better back each other up in vital issues, without it seen as just sisterhood support. We back each other if we agree with each other. If not, we usually are honest about it.
Last thing, who is this precious little sister of mine? well her name is....Roora!

Doshar,
I knew that. One of you mentioned it somewhere. Can't remember exactly when.
Rabi yideem elma3roof wikhaleekum liba3d.
Have tried to interest my sister in blogging too. Always trying to get her to write to improve her English. But she doesn't like writing. And now she's going to Morocco where English is much less used than UAE or elsewhere in the world so I guess she'll be fine.

i think it would be nice if you interest your sis in blogging. she is going to morocco, so it might not be to improve her english, but you will feel that she hasn't gone that far away, one more thing to share, you both would read each other's news (the little details you might not talk about on the phone).
now that you tell me, i think i told me on her blog. guess it is not the world's best secret after all. :)

correction here.. For Doshar Roora is more than a sis, she is like her baby in the loving and providing sense...
I just wanted to tell u guys Doshar is such a loving sister, not like the usual sisters we see every day.
Sometimes i feel she is more a mother than a sister to roora.
Masha'Allah. Fe3lan it is a blessing worth thanking Allah for as Doshar has in her post. Allah ye7meeko ya doshar enty we roora.

I wonder how many of these "hidden relationships" are out there on the blogosphere? Maybe there should be a sort of blog unmasking day.
Anyway, something to think about, Mom... ha ha...

That was really surprising! I’ve always felt a connection between you, Roora, Me, and Dalulla, but it never crossed my mind that Doshar and Roora are sisters!
Personally, if I had a sister, I guess I would have never told her about my blog. I have a brother, but I rarely let members of the family know anything about me. I don’t want them to know how do I think, it sounds strange, but I don’t want them to invade my privacy!

actually moon, my sis is the only memeber of my family who knows about my blog. because she already knows most of my thoughts and secrets anyway. i have a brother, and i would never even hint to him that there is such thing as a blog. So far, i do not plan to tell my future husband either. i need my space after all!
